It's difficult when a VSO gives you additional requirements for a claim when you have the claim information and visits that clarify a possible PTSD diagnosis. Veterans don't have years to be evaluated before simple documentation can be reviewed by a contracted physician. Just put the claim in and let the Veteran work it out with the provider when assigned.
