After a completely unprofessional and discouraging experience with a previous VSO at this office in 2022, I almost didn't file my PACT Act claim. Thankfully I returned a year later and was paired with Lawrence (Larry) Stier, which resulted in a 10% VA disability rating Larry completely restored my faith in this office. He treated me with respect and showed genuine care for my wellbeing . Great post dedicated to keeping the flames of freedom burning brightly and making sure the service that veterans provide are never forgotten. The Minnehaha County VSO's have done a wonderful job of helping me appeal claims and win them that others in the area have lost for me. They were able to help me navigate the process, kept in constant contact with me and made it simple.
